ISE Partners was founded in early 2007 by three seasoned recruiters with the intention of bringing together a team of experienced consultants to work in a boutique environment with the purpose of providing dedicated recruitment assistance to a select number of clients and candidates.
Directors Isobel Burns, Susannah Lawson and Eva Rode-Hilbert started their recruitment careers in 2000/2001 and have worked together since this time developing a strong team which led to the establishment of ISE Partners in 2007.
They have all worked with leading firms within London and the South East utilising their professionalism and natural approach to great effect in consulting for a variety of industry sectors.
