almost all of which has been spent working together as a
tightly formed unit.

Isobel Burns
Isobel has over 6 years experience in Secretarial Recruitment
in London. She began her career with a high calibre consultancy
with international reach, before setting up a successful
secretarial division within a boutique agency.
Isobel has worked predominantly within the financial sector
with experience ranging from managing International Investment
Banking accounts to a wide range of investment firms, as
well as success within online gaming and luxury goods.
Isobel graduated from Loughborough University in a degree
in Politics and Spanish in 2000.

Susannah Fudge
Susannah has over 7 years experience gained in leading Secretarial
Recruitment firms in the City. After gaining experience
in both temporary and permanent recruitment she progressed
to management before moving to a smaller agency to establish
a secretarial desk. To date, she has focused on providing
secretarial and support staff to large Investment Banks
and smaller finance houses, whilst also working with consultancy
and professional services firms.
Susannah graduated in 1999 with a BA Honours in Modern Chinese
Studies from the University of Leeds and Shoudu Shifan Daxue
in Beijing.

Eva Rode-Hilbert
Eva has over 5 years experience as a London-based recruitment
consultant. Eva joined the City division of one of Europe's
leading secretarial recruitment practices where she was
based for over four years and developed her career to management
level. In early 2006 she moved to a smaller agency to establish
a successful secretarial division. Eva has worked on behalf
of some of the leading Investment Banks, finance boutiques
and blue chip organisations in London. Eva graduated in
2000 with a BSc in Biology from Universtiy College London
and prior to finding her niche in recruitment, worked for
an internet venture in the capital.

Lisa Algar
Lisa has spent the last 11 years working in recruitment
both in the UK and overseas. Lisa started her career working
in sales for an international blue chip firm in London and
then moved to Australia where she started to build her recruitment
career working for a financial recruitment firm. Upon her
return to London she moved into secretarial recruitment
where she then successfully set up an office for the business
in Australia. When she again returned to London she worked
for over 6 years at a leading UK secretarial consultancy
where she became a Director of the City Division.
Lisa graduated in 1995 with a BA (Hons) in Geography from
the University of Greenwich.

Sivan Joss
Sivan has 3 years experience as a UK based Recruitment Consultant.
Sivan joined the City division of one of Europe’s
leading secretarial recruiters and was regularly one of
their highest achievers. Having worked in both permanent
and temporary recruitment, Sivan moved to help establish
a smaller boutique secretarial recruitment firm with Susannah,
Eva and Isobel. To date, Sivan has represented some of London’s
leading investment banks, blue chip companies and smaller
finance houses.
