The process we use to select candidates is rigorous. We meet every candidate for a 1:1 competency assessment and a comprehensive review of their career experience. We ask tough questions to get a true picture of their reasons for seeking change, their aspirations, motivations and commitment to their potential new role. We will never send you a CV of someone that we haven’t interviewed face to face.

We ensure to pass on detailed feedback following interviews and keep you updated with each candidate’s status. We will then assist through the offer stage ensuring you have support and an understanding of the candidate’s commitment to your role and company.

Keeping you abreast of market conditions is a vital part of our service.
