Due to the significant changes to the media landscape over the last decade, this firm are looking for a digital specialist who and will work across the company's client list to provide best in class advice and execution on digital and social media for financial, corporate and crisis communications, across a wide range of sectors.

The firm already has a formidable reputation within the world of corporate and financial PR and has managed some of the most complex communications challenges, financial issues and corporate crises of the last three decades. These include high-profile mergers and acquisitions, executive changes and restructurings as well as long- term corporate reputation efforts. Clients are corporations in the Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and Eurofirst 300, as well as numerous public and independent companies

The environment is dynamic and fun and there will be plenty of opportunities for career development through involvement in a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Being a senior client advisor – able to educate clients and lead them to push boundaries. You will need to have both an in depth knowledge of digital communications and be experienced in providing strategic counsel to businesses

- Devising multichannel, insights-led strategies, campaigns and influencer programmes

- Using your experience across publishing, storytelling, content, data analytics, measurement, paid social media

- Advising on and managing crisis communications

- Taking digital and tech developments and translate these into credible, strategic ideas for clients and pitches – articulate these verbally and in writing

- Contributing to the internal training syllabus and set a high standard for the digital training of employees

- Leading on new business - pitch development, pitching and actively pursues new business opportunities

- Assisting in creation of new products and services to support and strengthen the offer

- Building a digital network for the team

- Tightly managing the performance of the team – ensuring world class service and effective processes are in place

- Being a champion for digital – you'll be expected to be at the forefront of tech and digital

Skills and Experience

- 8+ years experience in digital, social, change and communications

- Demonstrable interest and understanding of reputation, the business environment and current affairs

- Has a creative and strategic mindset AND able to think commercially

- Good understanding of how the City operates

- Strong academic record Skills

- Data analytics, influencer mapping, campaigns planning and execution, measurement

- Project management

- Communicates persuasively in oral and written work

- Strong attention to detail

- Enthusiastic team player and authentic leader

- Able to build strong relationships; commands the confidence of others internally & externally

- Hard working, flexible and proactive

- Organised, efficient, takes ownership, trusted to deliver to deadline

- Independent, clear and creative thinking, takes initiatives, goes beyond the expected, spots opportunities and innovates
