An incredible opportunity has arisen with one of the world's largest manufacturers of chemicals and oil products. The company aims to improve health and standards of living using sustainable raw materials to manufacture a wide variety of goods.

Alongside this the company also invests into and buys businesses of interest across every sector. Led by an incredibly inspiring CEO and founder, the company now employees almost 20,000 and has offices in 24 countries.

This role is to provide support to the CEO of the business. The CEO naturally has a PA that focuses on personal duties and a PA that focuses on business related support. Both PA's work very closely together and whilst this particular role will be primarily for business support, it will also include some ad hoc personal duties.

The role will include heavy travel, predominately in Europe. The successful PA will travel on a regular basis, by the company private jet to destinations such as Monaco. Candidates must be able and willing to travel extensively, often for 2/3 days at a time.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for being someone's right hand, will be dedicated to their career and exceptional organisational skills. It is essential to be able to handle the demands of a fast-paced business as well as being able to liaise with C-suite Executives and UHNWI.

Duties and responsibilities

• Extensive diary management that is constantly ever changing.

• Scheduling of internal and external meetings in the UK and internationally.

• Booking of international travel using the company's In-house aviation team, on a regular basis. This includes travel itineraries and visas.

• Liaising with the PA's to other major Shareholders on a daily basis.

• Event planning and management; team dinners, CEO days, Christmas party, sporting events, annual company ski trip and personal events.

• Completing administrative duties such as ad-hoc presentation support, producing notes for feedback sessions and maintaining documents.

• Point of contact for scheduling board meetings.

• General ad-hoc duties such as answering calls, ordering office supplies and providing IT support.

Attributes and experience

• Previous PA/Coordination experience essential

• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

• Flexible – able to travel spontaneously

• An interest into health and fitness would be desirable – an onsite gym is provided free of charge with full changing rooms facilities. The CEO has a keen interest in sports and health and so daily classes are provided for staff.

• Able to work collaboratively – The successful candidate will work very closely with the CEO private PA
