£40000 - £45000 per annum
Ref: 084105090  Date Posted:  20/09/2018
As a high-performing, experienced Executive Assistant, do you possess a natural instinct to over-achieve?

An exceptional schedule and diary manager is sought for one of the world's leading and most influential firms.  This represents an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in London – both in terms of the professionals you support but also in terms of the dynamic community of like-minded graduate Executive Assistants you will find around you.

Supporting a talented, hugely respected Partner as an Executive Assistant and Divisional Coordinator you will support him in every aspect of his challenging client projects and you will have an innate desire to surprise and delight.

From interpreting ambiguous client requests to turning detective in the inbox, it will be your mission to ensure smooth execution of the complex consultancy work carried out by your Executive.

You will enjoy problem solving where logistics are concerned – is it best to route my consultant via JFK or La Guardia? How can I secure a Chinese visa with 48 hours' notice? Can my boss take this sensitive call whilst travelling with a colleague?

You will have the confidence and gravitas to take decisions on behalf of your Partners  – even if that may mean you sometimes make the wrong judgement call. You must be comfortable and accustomed to working autonomously without lots of input (although this Partner will invest a lot in developing his Executive Assistant wherever the schedule allows).

This is a highly meritocratic environment: recognition and opportunities to add value come with delivering exceptional client service under sometimes high volume, high pressure circumstances.

It is comforting to know that as part of working for this employer (consistently voted in lists of "top places to work"), you will enjoy a decent work-life balance (out-of-hours support will be required on occasion), enviable benefits (including completely free restaurant, onsite gym, personal trainers / classes and great pension and healthcare) and a vibrant, sociable, bunch of co-workers with plenty of opportunities to get involved in firm-wide programmes.

If you are looking to excel in client service and thrive in a pacy, high volume organisational role and have several years of supporting as an Executive Assistant in an international environment – please provide a brief explanation of your interest with your application.
