A leading Consumer research firm based in the West End are currently recruiting an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. The company are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder who is happy to assist with any given task.

From welcoming visitors to planning the office Christmas party, every day will offer a new challenge.

This role will suit candidates who are currently in an administrative role, looking for the next challenge. You will be the first point of contact of the company and will thrive on being a respected and valued member of the team.

Duties to include

• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner

• Managing the switchboard

• Managing meeting rooms/studios and any catering requirements

• Postal management

• Booking domestic and international travel

• Ordering and managing stock of food/tea/coffee to stationary for the building

• Organising visas and itinerary for international travel

• Managing expenses

• Assisting with marketing, inclusive of newsletters, events and social media

• Proof reading and editing presentations

• Managing diary/emails

• Making reservations for restaurants

• Arranging conference calls and meetings

• Booking personal appointments

Personal attributes:

• Must be able to work efficiently and as a part of a team

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal skills

• Confidence in liaising with stakeholders and clients

• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and remain calm during busy periods

• Excellent time management
