This successful and growing investment firm are looking for a proactive, positive and passionate Operation Manager / IR Assistant to join their team in the West End.

The company focus on the European technology market, investing into companies at the start of their journey. It is essential that you have a very active interest and curiousity about the venture capital sector and can get excited about companies that are making our lives easier from a social, business and financial perspective!

Duties will include:

• Extensive support to the COO: preparing investor reports, presentations and board minutes, drafting investment fund documentation, capital calls, KYC, preparing accounts, managing expenses, interacting with banking partners etc.

• Team diary management: scheduling meetings, email correspondence, travel and venue management in the UK and internationally.

• Working closely with the team on communication and relations.

• Organising internal and external events.

• Coordinating the company PR: promoting company and client portfolio news, publishing newsletters and press releases.

• Managing the social media, ensuring this is up to date at all times.

• Coordinating with the company PR agency.

• Managing the firm's website on WordPress.

• Maintaining office IT services.

• Managing the CRM platform and database.

• Ad hoc administration within the office.

The ideal candidate:

• Have knowledge of other languages (particularly Russian) highly desirable.

• Have meticulous organisation al skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Advanced user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Enthusiastic personality.

• Outstanding communication, presentation and time management skills.

• Excellent multi-tasker; proactive with the ability to prioritise.

• PR or marketing experience desirable, but not critical.
