ISE are delighted to be searching for an office administrator to join a start-up company based near Clapham.

The role will be supporting a team within a dynamic travel start up company. This role will be extremely varied, from managing data entry surrounding the website and updating the app.

This role requires a self-motivated and driven individual, who is adept at juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines. You will be flexbile and efficient, with a can-do attitude. 

This role will include:

● Manage the full portfolio on the website, ensuring all dates, details and photos are correct 
● Accurately check itineraries to ensure all information is up-to-date
● Update and add new trips 
● Conduct research to find the best images to reflect the trips on the website 
● Create customer packs for the app
● Use Excel spreadsheets to update data on costs and dates
● Carry out ad hoc research into destinations and experiences
● Create Powerpoint Presentations for adventure ideas
● Manage competitor analysis
● Ad hoc office tasks as and when required 

You will:

● Have at least two years' experience in an office admin role
● Enjoy working with data and have an analytical mindset
● Be thorough, with excellent attention to detail
● Competent, with superb organisational skills and a friendly, positive attitude
● Able to multitask duties in a fast paced environment 
● Have the ability to handle an ever-changing task list 
● Have the drive to succeed in a start-up environment
