A fast-paced and established wealth management company are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator to join their team based in the city.

This is a rare and diverse opportunity that offers candidates the chance to support a successful Financial Advisor AND also provide support to clients within the business.

This is an ideal position for someone who has an interest in finance and has a demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to exceed clients expectations.

Duties and responsibilities to Include but not limited to:

- Diary management- scheduling of client meetings
- Travel management
- Confirming attendance to meetings and preparing meeting packs, documentation and presentations.
- Taking and typing up notes
- Collate and organise all client information.
- Manage client business submissions
- Chase clients for funds, applications, and any required documentation to enable business to be submitted.
- Support the Financial Adviser to ensure all relevant information required for reporting is available.
- Liaise with third party providers on business queries.
- Action all meeting notes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client information.
- Scanning documents and loading client information onto the database. Ensuring this is up to date at all times.
- Ad hoc administration.

 
Required experience and attributes
 

- Previous experience within an office support capacity such as Administrator, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Client Services.
- Attention to detail.
- Intuitive and logical approach.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner to clients and colleagues
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Recognise the ever changing needs and demands of high net-worth clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
