Executive Assistant 

Calling all alternative investment management Executive Assistants who are seeking a job re-fresh within a global PE firm, and 1 - 2 days WFH days! 

This is an opportunity for a highly professional, efficient and communicative Executive Assistant to join a leading (and growing) PE firm based in Mayfair. Key Details: 
  • Salary dependent on experience, up to £70k + bonus + profit share. 
  • Work in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. 
  • Minimum 1 day WFH each week, with additional days on occasion.

Role Overview:

This role will see you support 2 MDs, 1 VP and 2-3 Associates as their EA. You must be comfortable juggling conflicting priorities and remaining nimble to the needs of your executives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as an Executive or Team Assistant with exposure to managing multiple calendars, international travel management, coordinating tradeshows and conventions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must demonstrate a high level of initiative and drive, and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver business results and maintain a proactive mindset. 


Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management for 2 MDs, 1 VP and Associates, including scheduling meetings.
  • Travel coordination including itineraries and travel packs. 
  • Expense management for the team 
  • Maintaining work products and documents; including updating and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Managing and updating the CRM including key contacts, and any other logistics as needed. 
  • General document management, including printing, filing, and binding, and maintaining electronic records. 
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and assisting with ad hoc projects when required. 
  • Any other administrative task to support the efficiency of the team. 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as an Executive or Team Assistant within an alternative investment firm, or investment bank. 
  • Calm, measured in disposition, and able to manage changing priorities without stress. 
  • Able to identify and assess issues, and provide solutions with sound judgement and confidence. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and able to manage senior stakeholders and gatekeep when needed.
