As Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of important sales data, to the Director of Sales and Senior Management and will also actively contribute ideas to enhance sale performance of the team, based on your findings,
 
Day to day responsibilities will include:
 
-collection of relevant sales statistics from the sales teams, highlighting anomalies/potential issues
-compiling reports on sales performance within division for monthly Sales Board meeting
-working with Sales Managers to identify issues in individual sales performance
-managing the internal reward and recognition programme
-gathering new business meeting success figures
-contributing ideas for the development of large client accounts
-suggesting improvements to product offering and delivery 
-liaising with Management and Finance to ensure appropriate commission reports are prepared
-reviewing sales measures in relation to customer complaint procedures (reviewing numbers)
-analysing sales team output under various incentives
-conducting regular surveys of the sales team population 
-contributing ideas to the High Performers Bonus committee

PA to Chairman/MD Global Firm

International investment business is looking for a PA experienced at board level to support and travel with the Chairman/MD.    
 
This is a true 1:1 support position that will utilise all of your PA skills while giving you exposure to a multi-disciplined business operating in several continents.   
 
You will be expected to support with all logistical organisation, manage a complex diary and perform a gate-keeper role with aplomb and sophistication.   Working at this level internationally will mean liaison with prominent business heads and politicians from the US to Europe to The Middle East.   
 
You will be able to travel freely to these areas for business and have experience of international communication, understanding different cultures and working practices.   You will be on call when not with the Chairman and must be flexible, able to deal with fast paced and pressurised workloads with ease and calm.
 
French is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.  Far more important is the exposure and level at which you have worked, as well as longevity in your previous roles.

An asset management company based in the West End is looking for a Facilities administrator to join their bustling team: you will be responsible for the day to day administration and smooth running of the office environment in conjunction with the Office/Facilities Manager.
 
Acting as the first point of contact for any Facilities enquiries from internal customers and contractors, you will be in charge of monitoring and following up all calls and actions, preparing purchasing and invoices, drafting monthly reports on budgets and liaising with suppliers.
