PA to Head of Legal

You will be providing a high level secretarial and administrative service to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this busy professional's business life.

Involved EA with Languages

International investment boutique with a reputation for excellence has two openings in their EA team for experienced EAs with one or more of the following languages (in addition to English) French, Spanish, German.  Languages must be spoken and written to business standard in order to be considered. 
 
The roles are varied and involved.  Working closely with your MD means you will liaise directly with clients, research and manage administrative projects, events and schedule meetings as well as the usual EA duties. The company looks at you as an individual and what skills you bring to the role, chosing to utlitise your experience rather than enforce a standard job description.  
 
Financial experience is definitely preferred, ideally from smaller firms where your involvement is beyond just straight PA duties.   Hands on, flexible attitudes with a passion for detail and someone who enjoys the EA role as well as the additional duties!

My client is looking for a PA to support at board level. You will be supporting the Legal Counsel with classis EA duties including extensive diary management, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, putting together board packs and business admin. You will also be required to support up to 3 Analysts with administration.  
 
Aside from the EA duties you will be responsible for admin on the legal front which will include research, filing, database management, and proof reading.
