Throughout March and April, ISE is collaborating with Olivia Bath of The Women's Vault to deliver a series of complimentary career development and productivity workshops to our network. Starting with our Mother's Day special workshop for professional new mums on Monday 15th March the sessions will give women everywhere the tools and confidence to excel in the workplace. 'Negotiation Skills' Masterclass: Covering The Women's Vault's 4 Step Negotiation Method. Useful for anyone who is planning on negotiating a pay rise, a new role or wants to negotiate flexible work. Once you know the 4 steps you can apply them to any negotiation scenario Wednesday 24 March, 12:00-1:30pm. 'Personal Brand' Masterclass: Learn how to develop your Personal Brand in a way that's true to you, including how to develop your 'elevator pitch’ using The Women’s Vault’s 4 Step Method. It will change the way you think about your Personal Brand, including your LinkedIn profile. Tuesday 30th March 12:00 – 1:00pm Boundary Setting Workshop Learn what your boundaries are, how to set them and communicate them. Crucial for any professional, especially those working from home and / or parents or those whose roles regularly spill over into home/personal life Thursday 15 April, 12:00-1:00pm. 'Productivity hacks and how to maintain resilience in working from home' workshop: Learn how to improve your resilience and understand how you can be more effective, efficient and have an ‘essentialist’ approach to your life.
