A prestigious and entrepreneurial serviced office provider are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
The company are passionate about providing clients with the very best possible service, and all of their employees strive to go above and beyond this at all times. In short, they endeavour to do the simple things brilliantly.

The company provide on-site support between the hours of 7am to 7pm, which is covered by 9 hour shifts (includes 1 hour for lunch) within the team. The shifts are rotated on a fair basis.

The Customer Service Assistant–A brief insight into the Role

• Opening/ closing of the centre
• Replenishing stock in communal areas
• Regular walk around check to ensure centre is immaculate at all times
• Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Admin duties such as stationary ordering, copying, faxing
• Assisting with any client events or requirements
• Assisting clients with IT
• Preparing for client move ins such as office interior and furnishings
• Ad hoc duties such as helping clients with personal duties, client events

• Empathy: Shows genuine empathy and is client focused.
• Client awareness: Thinks ahead anticipating and predicting customer needs.
• Great judgement: Being able to assess the nature of a problem quickly before making a decision/problem solving.
• Excellent communication: Communicates in a professional friendly manner with clarity and efficiently. Has ability to be flexible and adapt the style dependent on audience.
• Drive & determination: Challenges any area of underperformance and works with the ACM and CM to implement solutions to overcome shortfalls. Seeks continuous improvement. (This relates to personal growth and in the service delivered to clients).
• Solid organisational skills: Ability to prioritise and multi task.
• IT: Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to operate basic office equipment.
