A compact and very friendly office of this international retail banking group are looking for additional support in their City of London affiliate office. Working alongside the Office Manager to support a team of 13 staff, you will mangage the front-of-hosue and be welcoming visitors and acting as first line support on the phone.

This is an international business dealing with clients across Europe and Africa and as such, fluent French language skills would be extremely beneficial

You need to enjoy welcoming clients and ideally will have some experience of working in a front-line customer service role, perhaps high-end hotels or upmarket gym enviornment. As you will support the Office Manager with administrative tasks, you will need to have a good level of MS Office (Word and Outlook in particular) as you will support her with managing expenses, booking couriers, arranging travel and preparing itineraries.

Core hours 8:30 - 5:30pm with occasional flexibility needed for Board meetings
