Located in Mayfair, we are working with an exciting, boutique Venture Capital firm who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. As sole support, you will be located with the team in the open plan office and be responsible for meeting and greeting, answering and screening calls and assisting with all admin as required by the Founders. This opportunity is perfect for an ambitious individual as this role is sure to add value to the team from day 1 and there are vast opportunities for progression, by taking on additional duties and assisting the company with organising events and marketing campaigns.

Day to day, you duties will include but not be limited to:
• Meeting and greeting clients and guests, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner
• Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Ordering supplies, ensuring the office has everything needed
• Answering the phone and general enquiries
• Administration such as preparing documents, scanning and copying
• Organising socials, events and lunches for the team
• Filing expenses, ensuring they are in line with company policy
