Are you an experienced team assistant looking to work in a cutting-edge environment for a leading global asset manager?

Are you at your best when supporting a lively, international, travelling team?

Your excellent time management skills will allow you to thrive in this fast-paced environment as well as being reactive to uncertain situations. Your experience and knowledge of both foreign and domestic travel will enable you to create complex itineraries and manage trips for busy sales people in their entirety from selecting accommodation options to managing visas and multicurrency expenses.

A strong client service ethos and attention to detail is essential along with the ability to create documentations and presentations (using PowerPoint) with accuracy and precision, ready to presented to high calibre institutional clients. You will also log actions, meeting notes and contact details in the Business Development team's CRM system (SalesForce) so experience in using CRM systems to log BD activity would be a bonus.

You will also be ready to work with other support staff in the business to prepare meeting rooms, VC calls and hospitality for onsite meetings.

Working out of stunning offices in the heart of St James's, you will be looked after with regular socials, team sporting events and trips to the US HQ. Core hours 9am-6pm with flexibility required on occasion. This position commences in August for a detailed handover and interviews will begin next week so please waste no time in applying.
