A fast-growing Fintech business, operating within global markets, is in need of a new Office Assistant to join them in their buzzy offices in West London. Working with a supportive Ops and HR Manager within an open-plan, vibrant environment of 90 staff, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks which ensure the smooth-running and development of the company.

As an Office Assistant operating within this dynamic industry, you will thrive whilst multi-tasking and making the most of your impeccable organisational skills. You will be hands-on and willing to get fully immersed into this happy and fun office atmosphere.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting visitors and clients

• Liaising with the building landlord, security and cleaning contract

• Office admin and assist with completion of reports

• Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies

• Responsible postal duties

• Organising meeting rooms and common areas

• Arranging social functions

• Arranging travel and accommodations

• Liaising with members of the senior management team

• Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed

• Managing expenses
