You will be responsible for guiding the best and brightest applicants through their interview process, becoming a crucial element to your team, arranging various parts of the selection and interview process, as well as meeting and greeting the potential future ambassadors of this brand.

 As Recruitment Scheduler your duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for each stage of the process
- Coordinating the teams’ diaries, making sure everyone is where they should be
- Arranging phone, video and onsite interviews with selected applicants
- Keeping information private and confidential throughout the process
- Utilising the in house recruitment system, completing general administrative duties
- Smart scheduling – thinking ahead by developing and maintaining an efficient system
