An exciting opportunity for a bright, degree educated Administrator/Office Manager to support the Founder and COO of a start-up investment fund, covering a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
The firm are looking for someone to provide wide ranging support to facilitate the full set up of the office and to ensure it is fully functioning. Initially you will be involved in various administrative and office management tasks such as liaison with suppliers, ordering supplies, setting up processes, ensuring systems operate efficiently, assist with new joiner onboarding, processing invoices, arranging travel and meetings and any other tasks that require attention.
There is scope for progression and development in this role, and will appeal to someone who is excited by the prospect of joining a fund at its inception, and over time, growing and developing with the business.
This role will suit someone with a proactive approach, interested in the industry (fund management), someone with proven office administration experience and who can see the opportunity to work alongside highly successful investment professionals in this new venture.
You will be accustomed to working in a fast paced, high expectation environment, where you can contribute ideas and ask questions, but will also understand the importance of working to deadlines and under pressure.
