Immediately becoming a vital part of the firm’s successes and continued growth, having recently moved into brand new offices you will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. 

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Arranging international travel and accommodation
- Scheduling meetings and booking the appropriate rooms
- Managing expenses so that the records remain up to date
- Diary/calendar management – ensuring there are no overlaps and adequate time in-between
- Handling sensitive information – confidentiality is key

In this role you will be working in a variety of different teams, giving you the opportunity to experience how each team works, adapting your support style to suit Partners, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors all at a variety of mid to senior levels. - You must be a quick thinker who can make fast decisions autonomously
- Your ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment will be crucial, whilst also demonstrating you can remain calm and composed
- You must have worked for mid and senior level professionals beforehand, and be comfortable operating in a flat role
- You’ll bring a hardworking attitude to fit the corporate and professional environment
- You will be highly organised and proactive with high attention to details, foreseeing and preparing for additional duties that you may need to help with
- You must have previous experience scheduling across time zones for multiple professionals
