Are you a hardworking and proactive graduate looking for your next steps in the corporate world? As Admin Assistant and Receptionist, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the 10 person office with any filing, phone calls, inbox management and general ad hock duties. To make the most of this job you must confident completing Administrative duties and answering the phone as well as be comfortable working solo to support the office.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

-          Answering the phone – acting as gatekeeper, using the switchboard

-          Filing and organising any paperwork, post or stationary orders

-          Monitoring the general inbox and flagging up any important messages

-          Cleaning and tidying the general office and meeting rooms

As a capable Office Administrator and Receptionist you will instantly receive a warm welcome into this ‘family feel office’, with a large number of long standing staff to demonstrate their collaborate and approachable working style.
