A Global Leading Social Media Firm and seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator for their EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a team who are incredibly fast-paced and in need of someone exceptional.

Your position will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Manage internal ticketing system
- Coordinate training engagement plans
- Training material distribution
- Manage pre-training process operations with event planner
- Create and maintain individual learning paths for each client
- Manage all logistics for the learning paths including scheduling and invitations 
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships
- Maintaining EMEA training calendar
- Liaise frequently with other departments to ensure budgets are kept to
- Reviewing reports on training activity
- Take frequent ad-hoc requests that occur which require flexibility, speed and a 'get-it-done' attitude
- Build strong relationships with various members of the team and other department

You will have:

- Recent and proven experience in a similar Learning & Development capacity
- A hardworking attitude and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively and
- A proficient working style
