ISE are looking for an immediately available, Entry Level Office Manager. 

Super-slick, team-focussed and highly successful investment firm based in Victoria, are seeking someone who is reliable, organised and motivated. Sat with a small and close knit team, you will be the go-to person of the office, arranging meetings, coordinating calendars, liaising with office suppliers, processing expenses, raising purchase orders, invoices, bookkeeping, and liaising with clients.

You will be detail focussed, naturally proactive and able to act with minimal direction. You will be a strong relationship builder and able to use your initiative. The successful Office Co-ordinator will be collaborative in nature and strong in Book Keeping and Microsoft Office packages.

Please only apply if you have prior bookkeeping experience, this is essential for you to hit the ground running and support the office with all their needs.
