Global investment bank is looking for a highly experienced team assistant for their finance department.
This outstanding US-headquartered house has multiple successful investment platforms and this role is to work in the finance division.

We are delighted to offer this role, seeking someone exceptional to support as a Team Assistant. 

You will thrive on being busy and enjoy thinking and working independently.  You will be a fast learner, independent thinker and self-motivated professional.  Previous TA/support experience is essential minimum 6-8 years, to allow you to hit the ground running in this busy setting – banking/investment experience is preferred, but not essential.

- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with meeting and travel coordination
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook – PowerPoint is a plus)
- Confidence on the phone
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

You will have an excellent eye for detail, and enjoy thinking ahead to avert potential problems.  Tasks will include:

- Being first point of call on the phone
- Meeting arrangements – internal, client and team
- Room bookings
- Complex, international travel arrangements and itinerary preparation
- Order refreshments/lunch if appropriate
- Booking IT requirements
- Maintaining various lists and spreadsheets
- Help with presentation
- Planning and execution of team events (in time)
- Financial administration – expense processing, invoice and PO raising/reconciling
- Other administration, as needed, e.g. procurement, filing, database and CRM upkeep, mailing list upkeep, managing correspondence, hot desk booking,
