An highly successful Venture Capital firm in Mayfair is looking for a graduate to join their team as a receptionist on a temporary basis. 

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international business in the private equity industry at entry level. The company is looking for a graduate, previous office experience is beneficial but not necessary. 

You will be/have:

- Able to use initiative and be resourceful
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and resources
- Familiarity with MS Office programmes

Your duties will include 

- Reception/ front of house e.g. meeting and greeting, answering phones
- Data entry
- Maintain a tidy and organised office
- Meeting room management
- Facilities management
- Assist the operations team on an ad-hoc basis
