A successful private equity firm in Mayfair is looking for a receptionist/ office assistant to join them, within their front of house team. 

This is an opportunity to join a bright and interesting team and to further a career in support staffing.
You will be the face of the company and thus an excellent manner and exceptional presentation is a must. Duties will include 

- Being the gatekeeper and answering the phones
- Coordinating the meeting rooms and keeping them presentable
- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Answering all email enquiries
- Support the office manager

Front of house experience is essential for this role, and office experience will be beneficial.

This is a 3 month contract role but there is scope to be employed permanently.
