Our client, one of the market leading Hedge Funds in London are looking for a receptionist/office assistant to join their team.

Seeking someone intelligent, very organised and has a strong work ethic, you will be based front of house, acting as the company ambassador. Meeting and greeting guests, managing incoming calls, coordinating the meeting rooms. In addition to this you will assist with office management, raise invoices and booking all international travel for the office of 60 and other ad hoc admin duties from the EAs.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, you will be driven, highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail! Experience is crucial to join this team and important that you are able to work autonomously in this standalone reception position.
