A rare opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join a fast growing investment management firm led by some of the world’s most successful hedge fund managers.

Dynamic, team-focussed and highly successful, based in stunning Piccadilly office, the firm are seeking a reliable, and motivated operations or facilities assistant. Sitting within a small and close-knit team, you will be the “go-to” person for the office handling all Front-of-house and facilities administration tasks.

This is a demanding and fast paced position that’s needs a committed individual, as your daily duties will change depending on the office needs. Day to day you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office, particularly the client facing parts:  liaising with suppliers, managing contractor communication, processing office orders and invoices, covering reception (including leading/training new joiners and temps), handling incoming enquiries and producing monthly security and maintenance reports.
