Our client is looking for temporary assistance on their Reception desk in February. 

You will be an experienced receptionist accustom to working to a high standard, who has a professional manner and understands the needed for a corporate reception position. You will be a highly organised and motivated administrative professional, enthusiastic about being the face of the company and first point of contact for the office.

You will be the first point of call on the phone, handling all enquiries via email, meeting, greeting and managing guest experience, managing meeting rooms bookings, resolving clashes and distributing post - ensuring perfection in the office.
