A high-octane, challenging role for someone who loves solving complex organisational & logistical problems. Managing ever-changing, complex diaries across global time-zones, you will be accustomed to handling a high-volume of organisational client work and handling overflowing inboxes.
Supporting 2 Partners, this is a highly organisational role with a strong international focus and many clients in portfolio in Russian speaking territories. Duties include managing complex and ever-changing electronic diaries, planning and coordinating extensive internal and external meetings, and arranging all associated International travel (often three times weekly and generally always subject to 2 or 3 changes!). In addition, you will be responsible for creating client-ready documents, planning client events and using your excellent relationship building skills to liaise with their clients.
