ISE Partners is working with an innovative new financial services business with rapid growth plans. This brand new EA role involves supporting the ambitious founder with her ever-changing schedule as the business builds out its exciting new London office.  The business will be 30+ staff strong by early 2018 and as such, needs an Executive Assistant who can remain calm and level-headed during a period of explosive growth.

The founder will be engaged in high volume recruitment of senior finance professionals from around the world in addition to the development of new business so her schedule will involve some punishing global travel and will need coordinating by someone who can be sensitive to both the needs of the business and her overall work-life balance. There may also be some personal administration for which the EA will be afforded a high degree of trust.

Your duties will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones at a senior level – taking decisions where appropriate
  • Planning and management of complex international travel arrangements and itineraries, for a very busy calendar with an awareness of Founder priorities
  • Producing and proof-reading high-quality correspondence, documents, biography/briefing packs and presentations for meetings when required
  • Monitoring Founder emails, taking action and responding as appropriate
  • Screening and dealing with calls and correspondence proactively, responsibly and professionally with an awareness of Founder priorities
  • Developing strong relationships quickly with clients and other new team members.
  • Liaising with clients and other contacts effectively and efficiently
  • Ad-hoc personal administration work, depending on Founder needs
  • Additional administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: filing, maintaining records, expenses, contact lists and databases and managing payments/re-ordering office supplies and managing accompanying supplier relationships.

You will ideally come from a financial services background and will now have 7-10 years of experience supporting at a senior level in the sector. You will be unflappable, calm under pressure and enjoy intricate scheduling for a busy person who really knows how to utilise an experienced EA. As the business is growing, flexibility around working hours will be required.
