Work for two ambitious, highly-rated Partners at this global management consultancy. At its core, your role will be to manage back-to-back and overlapping schedules of client & internal appointments and full management of the two Partner in-boxes, on top of your own.

Your tact, diplomacy and professionalism will be crucial and will be accompanied by outstanding communication skills. A proactive and positive attitude is key to staying abreast of  ever-changing calendars and client projects, which will be overhauled at a moment's notice.

 

You will be coordinating international travel on a weekly basis (3 continents in a week is a fairly typical itinerary) so you must be able to demonstrate that you have worked on meetings and trip planning in multiple time-zones.
