A chance to make your mark as an EA in one of the world's most respected firms, an organisation who can offer you so much more than just a job.

Joining this leader in global consulting, you will be ambitious to push yourself as an Executive Assistant as you will be joining a highly motivated and dedicated existing support team. Striving towards excellence and delivering the best possible service for your internal and external clients, your approach is naturally proactive, solutions oriented and customer-centric.

Your core responsibilities will be focused on getting two busy Partners where they need to be to deliver their pitches, strategic advice and tailored programmes to a wide portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. This encompasses complex diary management (always ready for last minute changes, ready to take decisions, having a clear overview of the 'big picture'), complicated global travel itineraries (with attendant visas, ESTAS, international currency and expenses) and confidential document support.

To make the above possible you will have delegate access to your Partners' email inboxes to allow you to work ahead of the curve (and  turn detective where necessary!). The pace will be fast, at times you will be under huge pressure but you will always have the support and camaraderie of like-minded, similarly talented EAs on the floor - fostering awesome team spirit is absolutely embedded in the company culture.

The perks of joining this high performance culture include a packed calendar of extra-curricular activities and an exceptionally generous benefits package which includes a free restaurant, Friday bars, on-site sports club and sporting activities (whatever you're into, from singing to yoga, there is  already an organised band of devotees on site!). Your development as an EA is high priority for HR,  unusual in an organisation of this size, and you are encouraged to push yourself out of your comfort zone in terms of learning opportunities.

Your experience will have been gained in highly organisational roles in fast-paced, international business settings. If the above description has created excitement, we'd love to hear more about what you have done to date.
