A unique chance for an experienced recruiter to join a world leading professional services firm to help support and deliver a tailored firm-wide recruiting strategy over the next 12 months.
You will ideally have strong experience to recruiting in various verticals across various disciplines either in-house or within an agency setting.
Responsibilities will include:
Devising job specifications
Working with Head of HR and Practice Leads to develop recruiting plans and timetables
Liaising with recruitment suppliers across London for both consultant and support staff hiring
Arranging Interviews and managing the candidate assessment process
Coordinating the production of employment contracts and undertaking background screening/reference checking
Arranging smooth on-boarding of new arrivals
You will ideally be CIPD qualified with experience gained in a fast-paced corporate setting.
