A tech department of a global media firm seeks a recruitment scheduler to assist with coordinating candidate interviews.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling phone / video and onsite interviews
  • Communicating with internal and external members involved in the recruitment process in a professional and discrete manner
  • Meeting and greeting candidates onsite
  • Perform administrative duties as and qwhen required by the recruiting team

Working as part of an international team, if you have experience of being a recruitment scheduler, you're highly organised and thrive in a fast paced and every changing environment - this is the role for you. With the opportunity to work for a globally known organisation, you would be co-ordinating multiple interviews, as well as being able to meet candidates at first stage and be a great ambassador for the firm.

Candidates hailing from a HR assistant / HR admin background, will also be considered for this role, which is paying a very competitive salary equivalent.
