An outstanding Social Media firm is looking for an accomplished and dynamic HR Assistant to coordinate recruitment, complete the on boarding process for new starters and work closely with the team to develop new talent.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the HR department with all recruitment issues
  • Scheduling phone / video and onsite interviews, working closely with EAs to manage diaries and meeting schedules
  • Communicating with internal and external members involved in the recruitment process in a professional and discrete manner
  • Meeting and greeting candidates onsite, completing background checks and the on boarding process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a large, well-known or Tech brand
  • Excellent communication skills with an open, non-confrontational style
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • The ability to cope under pressure
  • Detail orientated work style, and be highly organised
  • The ability to work well with others and independently
  • A flexible, pro-active, confident and 'can-do' approach to every task that you tackle

Working as part of an international team, the role will be extremely busy and you will thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Preference will go to candidates hailing from a HR assistant / HR admin background.

This is an 11 month contract with possible extension, you must be immediately available and happy to commit to an on-going position.
