Responsibilities

As part of a small, flat structured and vibrant team, you will offer board advisory and senior executive counsel to public and privately held healthcare companies of all sizes across the sector such as: pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses, healthcare services, medical device and diagnostic companies to name a few. Clients vary in size from global businesses in the Fortune 500, FTSE100, FTSE250 to those listed on the AIM market addition to privately held companies.

You will take pride in developing deep relationships with clients, spending more time than average on site providing support and getting under the skin of the businesses you work with. This is a team that believes in offering clients the highest level of service.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Experience within the healthcare arena is desirable but not required

· Financial reporting, M&A and IPO exposure

· Crisis and issues management

· Exceptional client handling skills

· Excellent media contacts

· Mature analyst/broker network
