The team are looking for someone from a hospitality background because they think the transferable skills are perfect for this role. Essential skills:

• Excellent service ethic – looking after VIPs with a smile

• Being able to work very fast, cleaning up and setting up meeting rooms, making everything look perfect

• Being very organised – knowing what you need to do and what order to do it in, without being told

• Working with the catering team to order food, lay it out and present everything beautifully

• Working with the receptionists, helping them with admin and making sure all arrangements are ready for guests

As well as the above, you will be in charge of preparing meeting rooms for both external guests and staff, plus taking care of the catering areas across the stunning offices, keeping everything looking amazing and making sure that supplies of refreshments are always topped up.

If you have been working in a 5*/similar hotel, restaurant or another venue with demanding VIP guests, and love delivering top customer care, this role is perfect for you.
