Due to increased client demand, this renowned player in the financial and corporate communications advisory space, is looking for a senior individual to spearhead the growth of a new Employee and Change Communications practice. Working closely with the lead Partner for Engagement and Change, you will play an integral part in the development of the offer; advising clients, as well as helping colleagues to develop their expertise.

These include high-profile mergers and acquisitions, executive changes and restructurings as well as long- term corporate reputation efforts. Clients are corporations in the Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and Eurofirst 300, as well as numerous public and independent companies

Responsibilities:

• Client delivery: Supporting on existing clients as needed and working on accounts where engagement and internal communications are in scope

• Special situations: working on crisis, M&A, IPO and rapid change mandates.

• Training and development: supporting colleagues to increase their understanding and expertise in engagement and change

• Offer and credentials development: working with the lead Partner and other colleagues to refine and continuously update the offer in line with best practice and new thinking

• Pitching: Helping to identify new business opportunities, joining pitch teams to prepare best in class responses

• Relationship Management: anchoring relevant relationship providing ongoing counsel and support to clients

Skills and Experience

• Deep experience in employee engagement, change and culture (in-house or from a consultancy)

• Exposure to the UK or US market

• Able to act as a trusted advisor, has the ability to coach and counsel at all levels, including Board and Executive

• Experience leading complex engagement and change projects

• Interest in Social Purpose and the role of employee engagement

• Knowledge of Markets & finance and understand how to win hearts and minds during change

• Experience of taking businesses through change

• Able to be an ideas person, looking to create best practice and to develop new approaches and offers

• Able to contribute to thought-leadership through research, articles and events
