Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Supporting  varying levels from Associates up to Managing Directors
- Managing schedules, diaries and meetings all across time zones
- Meeting, greeting clients and handling their requests
- Managing expenses and updating the company’s database accordingly

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a small amount of experience supporting a team as an Assistant
- Be an exceptional organiser and scheduler
- Have the highest attention to detail
- Be proactive enough to work alone and cooperative enough to work with a team
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain and present information clearly
- Be able to think and act quickly, with the confidence to make informed on the spot decisions
- Be able to prioritise and use their own initiative
- Be trustworthy and discreet, able to confidentiality handle sensitive documents
- Remain calm and composed under pressure

This is a contract to perm position, and so should be considered as a long term career move for you to grow and develop in the financial world.
