If you are looking to work on challenging multi-faceted briefs, with hugely interesting and dynamic clients this role could be ideal.

The role would suit either someone looking to start a career in recruitment, or more experienced individual looking for a part time role.

Working alongside the Head of the PR & Communications practice, you will initially be responsible for resourcing candidates for junior and mid-level briefs. The role has the potential to progress to Candidate Consultant, where you would be responsible for interviewing and advising your own candidate portfolio, helping them to make the next step in their career.

There will be client interaction from day 1 and full management of client relationships can evolve over time and in line with your knowledge of a client's business and needs. We partner with our clients and advise them, so building an in depth relationship is key.

The current client portfolio contains both prestigious established players within the corporate and financial communications sphere, though to newer businesses with impressive growth plans. We like to develop long term relationships with or clients, but equally, are always looking for exciting new businesses that may have sprung up within this entrepreneurial sector. We also work with a number of international business and often handle roles outside of the UK.

Our clients are corporate in style, yet also friendly and sociable, reflecting the role they undertake; communications.

The culture at ISE is grown up yet supportive. There is a strong structure, but definitely no micromanagement and consultants are trusted to run with assignments and ideas. The team is friendly, dynamic and collegiate. We work in fabulous offices on Regent St and can often be found socialising together at a local bar.
