Founded in July 2013, after an MBO from a larger entity, this buzzing financial and corporate communications consultancy is looking to grow the team due an influx of new business and an exceptional pipeline. They are based in the heart of the City, so there is a strong sense of their deep rooted connection to capital markets, though also a buzzing entrepreneurial feel.

The team is fairly flat, so they can consider individuals looking to enter at anything from Account manager to Associate Director level from more structured environments. Salary will obviously reflect experience.

Unlike some of their larger owned competitors, this firm is more nimble when it comes to client service and able to offer consultants the chance to make an impact on the shape and direction of the business. Consultants are also well rewarded financially with bonus and equity.

Business is currently booming so this smaller firm have now seen a rise in salaries and have the ability to offer great bonuses of up to 20% to their employees. Responsibilities

As part of a small, flat structured and vibrant team, you will offer board advisory and senior executive counsel to public and privately held healthcare companies of all sizes across the entire spectrum of the sector: pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare services, and medical device and diagnostic companies. Clients vary in size from global businesses in the Fortune 500, FTSE100, FTSE250, FTSEurofirst 300 and AIM, in addition to other public and privately held companies.

You will take pride in developing deep relationships with clients, spending more time than average on site providing support and getting under the skin of the businesses you work with.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience within the healthcare arena is desirable but not required

• Financial reporting, M&A and IPO exposure

• Crisis and issues management

• Exceptional client handling skills

• Excellent media contacts

• Mature analyst/broker network
