Highly successful founder-led Private Equity boutique seeks a proactive, warm and meticulous Executive Assistant. This will be a busy role supporting the Founder and the CFO, providing variety and a chance to take responsibility for involved financial administration, including shepherding of the firm's bank account, running payroll and other high-order tasks like paying vendors and senior staff.

This position combines support for two busy and inspiring professionals, both at the top of their field. The Founder, who is also Managing Partner, leads on fund-raising and deal activity, whilst the CFO ensures that the highly successful business runs without a hitch. Therein, this role can offer excellent diversity – busy core EA duties, excellent relationship-building opportunities with internal and external stakeholders and clients, financial administrative work, and more projects can grow.

In this Executive Assistant role, you will be a trusted linchpin, with numerous autonomous aspects to your task list. As such, it will be important for you to bring the following to the firm:

• Solid Executive Assistant experience in banking or private equity – you will be skilled in all facets of the core role, and enjoy providing high-level administrative support.

• A service-driven attitude – as an Executive Assistant, you will enjoy supporting your bosses with thought and care.

• A strong team spirit – this is a small office with a family feel, and everyone works together, including the three EAs.

• Exposure to financial operations/administration – you will have either assisted or had sole responsibility for duties like banking transactions, payroll, invoicing, PO raising, keeping budget spreadsheets, etc.

• A proven ability to self-direct in your work – whilst you will enjoy great working relationships with both Founder and CFO, there is no micro-management here, so you will be trusted with multiple workstreams and ongoing projects.
