One of London's most ground-breaking regeneration projects, is seeking a driven newshound and communications guru, who loves to see their words in print and online.

This broad and varied PR and Communications Manager role, has full responsibility for the Consumer PR and Internal Comms programme, but is additionally involved with the CSR and Community communications activities. DETAILED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the Communications PR programme

• Develop and implement internal comms plan

• Develop and manage the contractor and community communications program

• Manage incoming press enquiries along with the three other team members

• Proactively seek profile raising opportunities

• Production of written materials for internal and external audiences

• Manage media coverage and database

• Organise journalist site visits and events

• Brief spokespeople ahead of media interviews

• Support reporting process

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

• Existing PR/Communications experience, gained either in a consultancy or an in-house role is essential. Property sector experience preferred

• Good project management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and manage projects and tasks to tight deadlines

• An excellent understanding of the UK media landscape and the principles that sit behind developing and delivering communications plans to enhance brand and reputation

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• An understanding of how to manage external supplier relationships, notably a PR agency
