Are you an accomplished board level EA who is ready to make the step up to supporting a visionary founder on a 1:1 basis?

This role is critical to the running of the complex schedule of this in-demand CEO who juggles running a successful investment fund with multiple outside commitments (including global speaking engagements and philanthropy)

You will ideally have exposure to the private equity or venture capital world or fast-growth technology companies
You will possess a very sharp eye for detail, able to keep multiple linking spreadsheets up to date to log and track the CEO's interactions and projects (everything from new investment propsitions to gift buying and thank you letters)

The top level organisational upport you provide the CEO will allow him to maximise his impact both inside the firm and outside in the investment and technology world and via his philanthropic trust.

You will be regularly handling:

Skilful, intuitive and practical diary management to maximise the CEO's time
Communicating updates on various projects from the Chief-of-Staff, Investment Advisor and other senior business staff
Liaising with the Founder's private family office for schedule and location arrangements
Acting as the 'face' for the CEO's high profile guests and visitors at the office, including journalists
Drafting high volume of correspondence and replies 
Support for meetings including agenda and minute preparation
Some events coordination including the CEO's speaking engagements/conference attendance, internal staff events

With strong IT skills (experience of working with gmail and google hangouts for business would be extremely advantageous) including the ability to update complex spreadsheets.
