One of Europe's top alternative investment firms, located in stunning West End offices, are seeking a German-speaking EA to support at Senior level. You will be a highly-organised multi-tasker who enjoys a varied role – fluent German and excellent travel organisation skills are essential.

Supporting on a 1:2 basis, this is a great opportunity to support senior professionals with all aspects of their busy schedules. These are typically packed with pitches, internal meetings and regular overseas Boards, with particular dedication to the Head of the Practice.  You will have a fantastic telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure as well as the ability to make the most during the quieter times in the day, when the team are travelling.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, if you have previous private equity, or front office investment banking experience your application will be prioritised.

Being the ultimate 'go-to' person for your boss, duties will include but not be limited to:

Extensive travel planning, including booking multiple flights, across different time zones, and changing plans at the last minute. 

Providing full itineraries for trips, including thinking ahead and having multiple options in place. 

Diary management for Executive level, making decisions and liaising with all decision makers. 

Processing expenses and completing administration. 

Working pro-actively, independently and efficiently. 

Acting as a gate-keeper, answering enquiries, phone calls and emails.
