Global leading technology firm are looking for a bright and detail focused scheduler to join their dynamic and team-centric working environment. Supporting a team of recruiters, you will be managing the full interviewing process working on a variation of roles across the business in this exciting period of growth. Your role will be busy, and sometimes require you to coordinate across different time zones.

Based in cool, vibrant offices, you must be confident in managing recruitment administration, understand the full recruitment coordination process, and be able to manage a high volume of recruitment needs across the business.

You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and great communication skills. You must be passionate about the company and ensure a positive candidate experience is given at all times!

Duties will include:

• Scheduling and booking rooms for phone, VC and onsite interviews for candidates

• Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process

• Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date

• Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview

• Provide candidates with feedback

• Ad hoc admin support for the team and report producing

This is an 11 month contract position.
