This firm are changing lives through their diagnostic tools and need the best sales support team to ensure the equipment and materials reach hospitals and clinics on time.

As a proactive and process-driven Customer Service Representative, you will not only be the voice of the company maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a broad variety of healthcare clients over the phone and e-mail, you will also support a busy Sales team and Channel Partners with reporting, managing CRM systems and completing the purchase orders processes from receipt to dispatch and invoice. Dealing with extremely short shelf-life components, speed and efficiency is of the essence so you will love handling high volume queries and process

To fit into this high-achieving, fun, and supportive firm you will have to be positive, ambitious, and driven to deliver excellent customer service, be proactive and motivated to building and maintaining positive, high value and long-term customer relationships. An interest in science and technology or the medical field would be a huge plus!
